Done this little lot today, I had to use the assisted dip machine
Added some stepper work to the end too, turned the speed up to about 100 steps per minute, did 1000.

Good chat last might with my PT about diet. He said low sugar in your diet can alter the way your body looks. I was doing some arm exercises without getting a pump. I checked my food app and he was right, I hadn't had much sugar yesterday. He's told me to increase my carbs as well to help lose fat.

With no access to the gym I've been messing about in the garage and have settled on trying something different.
I've seen a few videos of people doing 100 press ups a day for a month and thought I might as well give it a whirl.
Although I'm not just limiting it to press ups, also doing TRX rows and squats.
I've been doing it since Monday, and my legs are really feeling it.
Will see how it goes.

Went back on to shifts couple of weeks ago and have been able to exercise so much more - lost a stone already (purely through Zwift).
I’m clearly not a Mon-Fri kind of person.

The chain needs replacing at the very least. I've no idea if anything on it works.
