Re: What are you doing today ??
Had to do all this personal performance garbage at my last place of work, it was blindingly easy in reality - if you were crap at your job customers hated you and requested you didn't ever be sent back, never happened to me.
However that wasn't enough for our Wisconsin based HR dept, who showered us with all kinds of online questionnaires and forms, which we all duly ignored, and telling these twats you don't like people wasting your time didn't work - you occupied their time and justified their job so that made it ok. Everyone was so busy filling in forms etc they forgot we were in business to make money and said business went tits up and I was made redundant. Pure class.

StM, the business was American owned, however the entire Emea slice of the globe was run by the French (a company that the Americans bought out and were then left in charge), they screwed the business up and the MD in the States stood by and let them do it, worldwide it prevented product shortages by allowing France to mismanage our area and drop sales so that Brazilian and Chinese markets were easily established with no shortages due to competing for a fixed amount of product in an expanding market.
Kiwikrasher - remember the two cows joke?
The American Corporation business model.
You have two cows, You sell one, and force the other to produce the milk of four cows. Later, you form a focus group to analyse why the cow has dropped dead.
I stopped laughing at that one, as I realised it was so tragically correct.

Your health is more important. Don't rush back.
I'm wondering how it's only Wednesday.
On the plus side I'm off to a gig with Beermonster tonight

Lol yes mate got the right doctors, my blood pressure is up again which I already take medication for but need to monitor it, and she took quite a bit of blood so back home now for breakfast, it's funny really but normally I don't eat late at night but when the doctor tells you no food or drink after 10pm the night before your blood tests your bloody starving lolC00kiemonster wrote:Bratty wrote:Day off today but sitting in the doctors as I write this waiting to have needles and other things, then home to cut the grass then give the bike a bath, might do pictures tonight as really want to see the new apes film.

Try it, you will be amazed. (Not the gay thing, the pedicure).
All that running plays havoc with my feet.
She had just come back from Ibiza and apparently all the blokes were wearing the tiniest pf tight shorts, budgie smugglers and white anlke socks. Obviously i need to stock up and some new stuff.
