Torque of the R, power of the RS. Only downside is the extra weight and 2 cats.
They are very cagey about there being an R and S version but i bet there will be after Xmas once the RS has started supply.

Re: New Street Triple
Is there a weight gain? I thought it weighed the same despite the extra cats and Euro 5 gubbins?

Re: New Street Triple
Not quite sure why they will need 3 models if the RS has both the torque of the R and the power of the RS. Maybe they will drop the S version. Cant imagine its a big seller.

Isn't it the one they use for A2 in 660 form?duke63 wrote:Not quite sure why they will need 3 models if the RS has both the torque of the R and the power of the RS. Maybe they will drop the S version. Cant imagine its a big seller.

Re: New Street Triple
Think so. The 44 Teeth vid just confirms my thoughts. Its probably the most fun bike you can buy.
The new one seems to have added fun.

Re: New Street Triple

It has put the buzz back into my biking, if I'm honest. It's sometimes easy to forget that first and foremost it should be fun.
The Street doesn't need any money spending on it to make it better either.

Re: New Street Triple
It's hard to say exactly.
I loved both my Multis, they were brilliant bikes but I think after over six years with them, it was the right move to make a change.
I tried all the Monsters but I don't think any were as good as this. It's just lovely to ride whether that be fast and twisty or just bimbling along.
And the noise......
