Merry Christmas Tankslap

Post by Blade »

Just been to my lads School, christmas carol service, which was in the local chapel and very, very good and has set me up for the festive holiday.

So nice to see all the kids smiling faces and a celebration of Christmas and all the good and joy it brings to all the community.

Politics and difference of opinion is dividing and defining too many of us. At least for a few weeks we should be one nation and one community and have a willingness to help and unite with our neighbours.

Bring some Christmas joy and charity into your lives. Smile and help the person beside you, be thankful for all you have and can give generously.

Merry Christmas everyone have a good one. May joy, health, happiness and togetherness fill your lives.

All the best (handshake)

Christmas is a a weird concept for me right now. I did Christmas and was all done with it. I was supposed to be offshore till next year.

Now I’m home and everyone is still ramping up for Christmas and I’m half brain dead from coming off nights and it’s freaking me out.

Hopefully the fires die down and don't threat your property.

Worst case scenario, at least it'll give a new twist on the whole "roasting marshmallows over an open fire" concept.

I’m hoping the situation gets to the point I can fly back out to work before Christmas tbh, I’ve no leave so every day I’m home is an extra day I’m going to have to do offshore

Well said Blade. Obviously late here but hope you had a gooden. I do enjoy Christmas but that might have something to do with having 2 weeks off minimum at Christmas for the past 12 years and this year I've had the longest stretch off ever (3.5 weeks!)
