I've done a few searches and not found any other issues with paint issues. Looks like I've been unlucky with mine.

Still think it's mad that they paint an offroad bikes frame, especially as it's billed as a premium product. It should be powder coated imo.

Need to get mines washed and polished, it’s been sitting caked in mud since I was doing a bit of riding through lots of horse and farm related muckiness!!

Will need to give it a good going over to check for these dodgy paint sections.

Need to get out more - still only done 620 miles, which is piss poor!

I’m planning a NC500 run later in the year so that’ll make up for it, but once the Karate season dies down for the summer, I’ll have my weekends back for a few weeks.

I only learned about NC500 recently and it looks epic! I definitely want to do that when I can afford a road bike in 30 years time

The baffle in does seem to have improved MPG by about 2 miles to the gallon. Nothing significant.

I've put helicopter tape on the leading frame spar, side of the petrol tank and by the heel guards. It was a bit of a rush job but it'll do for now.

I've taken the air dam off and put the Honda tank bag on to see what it's like for when I tour. It's a decent sized bag so it could be useful unless it gets in the way.

I've never yet found a tankbag get in the way whilst riding. You won't even notice it's there in my experience.
