Apparently he will most likely be out in half that and personally I think the punishment is too lenient.

Given that it's such an emotionally sensitive subject and crime I doubt anyone would agree on a suitable length of sentence.
One of his victims said all she wanted was for him to be found guilty. That's enough for her.
