Thanks all. Each morning for the last 2 weeks I've genuinely contemplated pulling a sicky and been very close to doing it. When I do get a day off I don't want to be productive because I need to relax and unwind.
I appreciate the support
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it already, as I have been too lazy to read every post, but meditation is what you need. Guided meditation, is good, breath, listen relax, twice a day 10-15 mins in the morning same again at night.
I do it every day, especially lately, no need to sit crossed legged chanting Om's, I do this lying on my back in bed.
If your mind wonders bring it back to the guided meditation subject, if you fall asleep, ( I do often) on the longer ones, in the evening even better.
The is the most basic and simple thing, as well as correct breathing exercises, will work wonders for you mind.
I think the new term everyone seems to use is mindfullness
