Tankslap Euro 2019
I'm presuming that we'll be able to leave the UK after Brexit
So based on previous years, is early June still good?
If so, who is in and where do you want to go?
I was impressed with the roads along the France/Germany border. I wouldn't mind heading over that way.

Assuming I can get clearance and contracts work out ok I'm in.
Happy to go wherever has good roads, decent scenery, great food and beer.

Cookie, what's your range from home? That'll probably be the limiting factor where we can go.

Re: Tankslap Euro 2019
Have a look at the Parc du Morvan as a compromise place to go. We could then do ferry one way and then Chunnel other.

We could stop in Dijon for two nights and gave a day riding without carrying luggage. Dijon is supposed to be a cracking place to visit.

As I've said previous years, don't let that stop the choices. I rode to the French border this year without too much problem, if i have to stay overnight to get to you guys i will. It depends how long you go for and how close you are on the way back too as its not worth me riding for 2 days to get to ride with you guys for 2 days etc.

I'll get the maps out over the weekend and have a look. Orleans was a great night out and I liked Troyes so Morvan could be an excellent shout.
Cherbourg, St Lo, Vires, and Laval for first day? Laval looks really nice according to google images and it's not too far from Cherbourg

Cookie, is Laval doable for you in a day taking it easy? Do you know it? Is it any good for a night's stop over?
