I filtered up to the front of some traffic. The bloke to my left already had his window down. He told me to "watch his car". I just looked at him then looked forward, which he didn't like, so he started going on a rant about how we all ride like idiots, bikers are bags of donor organs, we all think we're racers, etc.

"You're not a morning person, are you?"

That's when he told me to grow up.

My definition is getting a big boy job and being able to afford a nice bike

Doesn’t sound overly grown up to get angry with a road user that is going to have absolutely no effect on your trip.

Moved them out if the garage so could get the old camper trailer out to drop off to the new owners. Jorja decided the Multi was good spot to hang out on and watch me move stuff about.

I'm still getting used to having a centre stand on a bike. The AT isn't the lightest either so it can take a couple of goes to get it on to the stand.

A dull and uneventful ride into work this mrning, apart from a chav in a Seat dumping his clutch and wheelspinning away from the lights as he tried to burn me off

Get a chav revving the engine next to you so.....

Bike in gear.
Adopt a race start position.
Start revving the bike loudly.
Wait for the lights to change.

.
.
.
Pull off really slowly and wave as you filter past them at the next set of lights..

Eventually got the RSV4 back together with new fairings back on, undecided whether to leave it black or put a bit of colour on it.
