Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
Signed for Be Wiser Ducati.
I think the series needs a bit of a shake up with Shakey and Haslam gone. Whatever anyone thoughts on Redding, it certainly will not be boring.

Good spot Duke
you got there before Scott
Media had said he would announce on instrgram this morning but despite regular checks there has been nothing so far.
Should be good for the series, but shame Shakey has gone, especially under circumstances he did.

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
I think at tracks like Assen, Donny, Silverstone he will run up the front, I think at the tight narrow tracks, Cadwell Oulton, Brands, he is going to struggle. Good for the series but im not convinced he is gunna be a challenger
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
He will be on the new V4R which will obviously take a bit of dialling in from zero but he will be fast.

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
Don't forget Scott grew up learning his trade on these tracks.
As long as he wants it and doesn't just turn up for the big cheque
then once the new v4r is dialled in he will be quick of that I'm sure.
He is in a very good team with direct factory support and Birdy tends not to pick bad eggs
excuse the intentional pun

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
With Haslam, Dixon and Byrne no longer in BSB, the series desperately needs someone like Redding IMHO.

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
I'm not sure if MSV have helped bring him in for that very reason

With Haslam and Dixon away, if the v4r is competative from the off, it'll be another title for birdy.

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
Birdy notoriously doesn’t take any prisoners if he feels someone isn’t giving it 101%, but if he trusts and likes a rider he’ll back him up with everything he’s got. Fwiw it’s worth I think Redding is desperate to win some silverware as proof to himself and MotoGP he’s the rider we always thought he was.

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati
Birdy has been a long time admirer of Scott Redding. He backed him and supported him a lot in his junior days.
