They've got 2 brutale's in at gem speed shop, a 15 800 and a 10 1090RR... Quite a good selection of bike's. Even a couple of S1000RR if you want a Germanic missile..

Too many models in the range I think.Blade wrote:Why is that Duke ? They got issues ?duke63 wrote:I would steer clear of any 675 MVs as they are no longer in production.
MV is now backed by Russian money.
Best avoid the Novichok upgrades.

I would use dettol wipes on any spares or on the bar grips when handed back from servicingduke63 wrote:Too many models in the range I think.Blade wrote:Why is that Duke ? They got issues ?duke63 wrote:I would steer clear of any 675 MVs as they are no longer in production.

Got a new tyre for the Versys. Saw my old mate at Honda. Took an ATAS DTC out. Bumped into my brother.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Pulled it out and pulled the back wheel off to have a look at the squeaky rear brake, can't see anything out of place so I gave the pads a scrub on some emery paper to de-glaze them, a very light greasing where they slide in the caliper, cleaned/greased the pistons with red rubber grease and put it all back together.
As the exhaust had to come off I finally fitted the GPR can, with both baffles removed and cleaned the chain.
It was intended for the 1190/1290 Adventure but fits my GT and has a nice deep tone, but a ride will have to wait because it's raining again.

It's excellent stuff. You really don't need much. A small bottle lasts ages. I've still got mine.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Pulled out of work and turned right to join the traffic out of the business park. The road opens from 1 lane to 2. I'm in lane 2. Me and the car in lane 1 stopped to allow a car from our left to turn left and join the traffic. Just as she pulls out a twat in an M4 overtakes me and dives into the gap I've left for the woman. How there wasn't a crash I'll never know. He gained one place in the queue and almost smashed into someone.
I gave him the Gareth Hunt coffee sign
Did I mention he's a twat?

Trying to get the RSV4 booked in to be vinyl wrapped, not keen on the white colour they get made in. Going for silky/matt black the same as our works transit.

If you wait a week, then you will be able to buy that one.
