Dredged up my sheet metal skills and replaced a down pipe that’d rusted out. Managed to get the folds and angles right so I must have retained something!

And I didn’t injure myself, which is always a likelihood when I DIY! Despite being 3m up a ladder levelled up with a brick under one foot (lol)

House work. I technically would be coming home tonight, which means kids invade tomorrow. So although the place has beeen a bit of a halfway house the last 2 weeks had to get it in order for reality.

Today i am trying to get the car booked in for MOT and a major service, my days off are fully booked at the garage and if i diy it the warranty is void.
