Lazy one for me today, after a trip to the doctors for a blood sugar test I went to the gym for a bit and then had a lazy afternoon on the computer, sorting the car insurance while the textiles were in the washing machine, now they should be salt free and the Nikwax soap hopefully has not hurt the waterproofing (first set of goretex so I guess I will find out).
Then I changed the wheels on the car back to the big fat summer tyres which are also really heavy compared to the winter set, they saved my ass a couple of times this year.

I don't use waterproof products on goretex. Wash with just a small amount of detergent then dry them in the tumble dryer or on a radiator.

I just used the soap that they do not the waterproofing stuff, and dried them out in the sun so a similar effect to a radiator (I think).
I don't want a repeat of what happened with the RST stuff which I re-waterproofed just before last years IOM trip...

Good luck. Push them for a decision, they messed me about with my arm before I decided to go private. Muppets would have left it for weeks before deciding what to do.

Well they have almost guaranteed they will operate as the bones are no where near where they should be and they cross over too much, seeing the surgeon on Friday for confirmation

Sat looking at the Superduke GT, it's good to dream.
I did a half shift this morning for overtime and was going to wash the bike but it's raining, and my legs are suffering after yesterdays PT session so it's turned into a quiet afternoon.
Good luck with the surgeon Kingfixer.
