Bubble car Museum

Been thinking about visiting, only £4 for an adult and, I think, about 50 vehicles on show.
looks an isolated spot, about 120 miles away from me, I actually owned a bubble car once!
Of course, they are massively expensive now and really not suitable for the roads these days
Nevertheless, micro cars - as they call them, are fascinsting vehicles and fun to be in/drive.

Re: Bubble car Museum
Except giving you a great mpg I cant see any other benefit for driving one of these cos you still have to deal with the issue of finding a parking space and get stock in traffic. However bikes give you loads of freedom. You never get stuck in traffic jams and you never have an issue with parking. But it rains on you at times and you get soaked and feel cold.

Re: Bubble car Museum

i had one like this, and my mate had one of these
but that was ages ago, around 1969 - before you lot were born probably

They were a great idea. Look around now and there are loads of micro cars on the roads.

Re: Bubble car Museum
motorbikes are one thing, generally quick and nimble but micro cars on todays roads with all those monster jeep things i was talking about in another post, no - don't fancy it. although, having said that, one of our girls has an old 2000 reg micra and that's great fun to drive, bit like a go kart.
