Looks like the police are making good progress. It's a shame that bikers had to do a lot of the initial work

Its a good start. I feel for the police, they are not funded enough and cant do everything. Sadly the scrotes know it. This may send a message in one area perhaps.

Disappointed
Was expecting to read about vigilantes handing out some rough justice to little scrotes
Missed opportunity

Re: Bristol Bike Gangs
They're not going to report that, are they? It's against the law and it'll encourage others to do the same.
But if you read the articles you'll see that it's the bikers who got a lot of the information for the police. I doubt the bikers left it at that.

Re: Bristol Bike Gangs
i was talking with a neighbour of mine who is a copper and he was telling me how much he hates the job now. Apparently, when he joined up crimes got investigated and the onus was to get out there and find the criminals who did the crimes.
Now it would seem that orders have come down from above that crimes such as theft only require a crime ref number and then let the insurance company take over!
Crimes such as domestic assault or kiddie stuff take priority - this is due to the fact that they are more 'commercially attractive' and look better in the media - brownie points for those choosing to play the political game.
So lock up your bikes, garages, sheds, toys and gates and if you do hear someone stealing your bike, call the cops and tell them that the bloke next door is slapping his wife if you want a quick call out.
The fact that these scummers are organised, posting pics of themselves with machetes and are wearing balaclavas to me shows that they are a menace to society, put a flag behind them and you have urban terrorists.
So when will the government start fighting fire with fire?
