Re: What are you doing today ??
Yesterday went to London to Madame Tussards had a fab day. Love the 4D experience! We walked through the extra experiences as well 1. Alien walk through and 2. Sherlock holmes walkthrough. In the Holmes experience we walkthriugh we a load of tourists who couldnt speak English so all we had was interpreters the whole time, why do these things if you dont understand!!
Cheekily popped along to a wedding venue the other day too. Its hust diwn the road which isnt what we wanted BUT its set in someone's garden. Its a lovely old house with a beautiful garden with its own stream and reasonably sized pond. But the venue is made by the owner of the house. Anyway its very nice. Its not where we wanted but it keeps everyone happy and we do love it! To be honest cant believe its just doen the road. It feels like million miles away as its countryside all around the house. Think weve found the place.

Re: What are you doing today ??
I'm confused. Are you saying Non-English speakers shouldn't go to English tourist attractions?

You naturally filter them out & pick out the one you understand.....much like reading a sign in several languages, or sitting in a Coco's Restaurant with a bunch of gibbering French-Vietnamese.

Drowning in admin, we use a tablet for everyday time and data recording with a bespoke app/program developed by our US branch, apparently they didn’t factor in backing up info or the fact that when windows auto-updates it wipes all stored info from the app.
Today I’ve been changing the update settings and then filling in 3 weeks of lost info

Bog all really, had a trip to hospital earlier for the Diabetic eye camera, they put drops in which sting a lot to make the pupils go as wide as possible then take some pictures of the inside of my eyes, with a flash.
They take 6 hours to wear off so no driving, nice quiet day for me.
