I'll do a Kwacky style report later, when I've decided on a theme
But in brief, it's a fecking weapon.

Yep. Faster, sharper, more responsive. The power modes turn it into different bikes. It really is something special. Try one.

£540 for a 4 day trackday at Portimao in November with JHP sounds VERY tempting. Includes everything bar the flights.

Took the Multi for a spin. Since the throttle and map upgrade its an absolute animal. Had to add some preload to the rear to stop it squatting under hard acceleration.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
well id planned on the long route home was gunna be a 90 odd mile ride, but one of the roads was closed so I followed the diversion as wasn't entirely sure on where I was.....30 miles of diversion for a 6 mile long road! did literally a whole tank of fuel, that's my biggest gripe with the MT by far. Fuel consumption is pretty normal but the tank is only 14L so it is flashing at me within about 110 miles.Kwacky wrote: that's what these bikes are for, the long way home.

Rode over to JHP to check out that 749R and spend some money i received for my birthday.
Chatted to Rick, the main technician about the 853 issues. He said to ring next week and arrange for them to pick the bike up and he will do a leakdown test for me to find out the issue. Top service.

Had a nice little blast of around 80 miles today but also another 40mile as a test ride on another bike courtesy of Haslemere Motorcycles near to Loomies! I'll write up a review in the next couple of days! Sneak preview

Came home to an empty house so I spent a bit of time topping up the XCP on a few exposed places.

I see we've given up on summer and skipped straight to autumn. It was cold and misty this morning.

Mine will need a wash after today's ride into work. The roads were wet and covered in crap.
