Re: New track toy
The decals are now finished but i am going to see if i can get replacements for the two top stripes on the tank as they aren't very good. but apart from that done. I won't bore you with any more pics. have a GPR damper, a QS and a upgraded rear shock to fit at some point.

Re: New track toy
If you look back the the picture in the OP, the improvement is staggering.
Trouble is, I would be gutted if I threw that at the scenery.

That looks very good indeed. I love that exhaust.
Are you going to put a number on the nose?

Looks the business Mick, sadly though I'm with StM, after making a bike look so good, I couldn't bear to see it trashed on track.

Re: New track toy
Do you know the history of the bike, Kingfixer? It has a proper, larger race tank fitted which i doubt are cheap.

Re: New track toy
@ Kwacky, it come with a set of No 4 numbers, who was that then ?
@ Duke, it is a carbon fibre tank cover, completely standard underneath, which is what i wanted.
Overall it cost me £10 for 3 cans of white paint, £50 for the replica decals, so if anything goes wrong hopefully relatively cheap to put right ..he says.

Re: New track toy
Fitted a SP sycrotech quickshifter this afternoon, and having never worked on a blade before it turned into a bit of an ordeal but got there in the end !!
The beauty of this is you don't need a fuelling module ( PCV 0r PC111 etc) its a stand alone QS so the total cost was only £240.
