Always fancied one. The opportunity presented itself yesterday and I didn't want to miss it. Maybe I'll actually ride this one!

The irony is that the current government have cut funds to the NHS which leaves the NHS computer systems vulnerable. Not necessarily the case. Many NHS trusts have outsourced patient throughput, clinical access solutions etc. to private specialist companies. I work for one of them....and security i...

The last time Rossi was under any real pressure to win the championship in the latter stages of the season, he bottled it and binned it......Hayden won the championship that year.

Last time I met you half way, I found P3rky pushing his R6 DUD (quite literally!) to the petrol station. You know, the bike that flashed it's headlights when the front brake was applied

Re: Another bike....
Fair point, well presented!
Distance is usually the issue. Although the NC29 is the best handling bike I've ever ridden, I really don't fancy buzzing up the M50 to the Midlands at 12k RPM for an hour and a half to meet up with you.
The Bandit, on the other hand, may tempt me meet up for a ride out.

Bizarrely, the day before this news broke, I watched "I Legend" in which a cure for cancer was derived from the measles virus.....a warning perhaps?

Re: Chain and sprockets
I agree with your comments Blade. The question is that, if you were to change your chain and sprockets anyway, why wouldn't you take advantage of the (possibly small) gains at the same time and fit a 520 kit? In my experience, it opens up a wider choice of sprocket sizes. Whatsmore, 520 chains can b...

Re: Michael Dunlop switches teams
Potentially MD was told that it would be sorted for the TT, and discovered after the first practice session on the island that it wasn't?
Total speculation, granted. But without all the facts, I don't feel that berating MD is fair.

Re: Michael Dunlop switches teams
That was the main issue. Apparently it was also a problem at the NW too. I'd have walked away from that ride. It's all well and good to slate someone for leaving a team, but he had no chance of winning on a potentially dangerous bike. He's already impressed on the BMW stocker in practice, and now th...

Re: Chain and sprockets
Common misconception that a 520 chain saves a big chunk of weight. Its saves next to nothing if you look at the difference in chain weight per metre. It saves hardly any weight at standstill, but that's not the point. A large amount of rotational mass is saved by small weight savings on.....well......
