Cartagena April 10th - 12th 2020
Thought I'd post this to let you all know that myself and at least 4 friends are going to Cartagena next April (10th - 12th) with No Limits and staying an extra night at the end - purely for drinking purposes.
Feel free to book up and join us.. would be pretty awesome if you did !

We're up to 6 people coming now which is pretty good. Think we're doing Wednesday - Monday with only 2 days holiday to book off.
Going to be awesome.
Repaired gearbox, new radiator with completely fresh coolant throughout the system and some Ohlins Gold to hopefully transform the bike. I'm also taking a selection of sprockets and actually going to try and play with the gearing this time so I can hopefully p!ss off even more 1000ccs than usual

Haha.. I keep looking at them and thinking "Oh yes.. must return these!" Doh!Kwacky wrote:I look forward to seeing more footage from my cameras
I'm really looking forward to leaving the cameras off for Day 1 to be honest, Really going to focus on setting the bike up so I can make the most of the final 2 days with new brand new D213s (first time using them)
Just found out that someone else from my workplace has booked onto the trip.. I am 100% moving garage if he unpacks in mine! He's the biggest bullsh!tter and the absolute slowest rider I've ever witnessed. He got left in the oil smoke of a Harley! He's also just bought a ZX6R and I wouldn't be surprised if he booked into the wrong group too

Re: Cartagena April 10th - 12th 2020
Have fun... i do like Cartagena nice track, all new staff there now, apart from the dude we always see. New painted surface, shows up all the lumps and bumps. I read something the other day that this new surface is making the track hotter and at a certain point, dont know what temp it losses a little in grip because of this. Bits do look slippy and you tend to avoid in your lines, but its all the same, so you will need to overcome that in your head.
Supposed to be quicker with the new work they have done, however at my level of track skill this aint an issue.... I would not know the difference lol....

Thanks, Frankie
The guy who's post you read lives down the road from me and one of the guys in our group knows him personally. He does a Euro TD most months and is now very fast. When I was at Catalunya 2 years ago he was 1 second faster than me on his RSV4 RF, he was 6 seconds faster than me at Porto.
I've messaged him about a few things and we've been chatting. He's coming out on the same date as us.
