Re: What ails you today?
I've got a really bad throat with a sinus-type headache today, yesterday was just a normal sore throat.
People in my house are also up in the night with nausea and other symptoms... Eugh, not again !!

Re: What ails you today?

Re: What ails you today?
I'm surprised you're not getting B12 injections...
I was B12 deficient and then D deficient and both times I got injections (they really ache by the way). Maybe ring them back and press for injections over supplements as absorbing supplements can be an issue for some people

Re: What ails you today?
I plan to eat more steak and eggs for the B12 and breakfast cereal for the folic acid ( 2 breakfasts maybe ).

I'm at that delightful chesty cough stage of the cold.
So I've come into work to share it.

I can't seem to shake off this sore throat. I'll give it another week and go to the doctors if it won't go.

I feel great today!! I share the gift of physical perfection common to all Geordie males, so it's to be expected.
However!!....I did lose a filling the other day, so a trip to the dentist is in order this morning.

Something I've used on the bike has disagreed with the skin between and on my fingers. I've got little itchy spots on the left hand.

Re: What ails you today?
Years ago I was changing the oil in my car and got it all over my hands. For a long time after that I had eczema on my hands. I always use the thin nitrile gloves now for all jobs around the house and garage. A box of 100 gloves costs about a fiver.

How about those ones you keep in the box on the wardrobe, just to the left of the ball gag.?Kwacky wrote:I've got some of those. I need something longer for when I'm washing the bike. I'll get the wife to buy me something, washing is womans work, she'll know what to get me,

Severe manflu, aching neck, head and back and my eyes feel as if someone rinsed them in battery acid. Off the pop today, don't even fancy coffee - must be serious.

Re: What ails you today?
Spent yesterday on trail bikes, mountain bikes and jumping off balconies into a pool. Then unpacked all the camping crap.
I can barely move today. Seems I'm not as young as I used to be.

Re: What ails you today?
Neck, back and legs aching horribly after a rotten job yesterday that saw me working in extremely awkward positions all day.
The pain this morning getting out of bed harked back to my days before my hip got changed and when I was on a box of 500mg paracetamol per day just to function. I'd forgotten how much it takes out of you. Feel shattered tonight.
