Pitty
As many of you know, Pitty had a big off during a race a couple of weeks back. He's ok but he's had a few fractures in his pelvis and lower back. He's housebound for a few weeks.
A bike stalled on the grid, Pitty hits him and then gets hit.

Anyway, I know he hasn't used the forum for a while, but you're forever a Slapper and he's been carrying the Tankslap logo on his bike for a while. So I would like to get him and Moonwitch a little present to cheer them up.
If you want to donate anything, then send your hard earned to my paypal with "Pitty" in the message so I know it's for the present and not hookers and coke. My paypal is kwacky@gmail.com
Anyone got any ideas what to get them?

Re: Pitty
I've have sent you some ££
Present needs to be for both of them and fun IMO. I'll have a think too.
He's got a few months of recovery by the looks, so will need something to amuse.
What about some bike mag subscriptions? Box set of motogp racing from back in the day? Lots of scotch to take away the pain?

Re: Pitty
Cheers
I was thinking of a voucher for a posh meal in Manchester, or a pamper day at a local spa. Something for them to look forward to when he's back on his feet. If there's enough we can get him a DVD of best crashes or something like that

Nice idea the meal/pamper vouchers. Jack's idea is great too, I've never known them miss a trip to the TT...

How about a hamper? Pitty can't mobilise for a while apparently.

Re: Pitty
I was going down the hotel/meal or a spa day route but we don;'t know when Pitty can leave the house.
I'll go with the flow. Has anyone got any links for a couples spa day near them?

Re: Pitty
Tbh if you bought me a spa day I would give it away as its not my thing. I would be grateful and appreciative of the thought but I would give it away to someone who would appreciate it more than me.
Do you think Pitty is into pampering and treatments ? I dont know. Just asking
