Hey guys I,m a mature man 55 yrs old and now in my line of work I,m having to answer to younger guys than myself.
Younger guys are sometimes scared of experienced men like me who,s been around with loads of knowledge and experience. The younger guys tend to want to think that they know it all but the reality is very different cos I know, I was one of those myself.
Youth or experience?

Re: Youth or experience?
I worked for my former boss for about 17 years....then he ended up working for me....which was a nice turnaround.
Used to speak to non-English speaking workers in a louder voice (as if that were humanly possible) thinking that they'd suddenly understand the language.
In an argument, swearing at people apparently made him even more correct than ever, and
anyone else totally wrong.
Etc.
Interesting guy at many levels.....most of them low.

Re: Youth or experience?
Mental experience matched with a youthful body would be a lethal combination.

Re: Youth or experience?
I was a youngster once, but never gave an opinion on someone who had experience, as i thought they knew everything. As I've got older, i give everyone a voice, as I've learnt somethings from the youngsters.
I don't have much time for youth energy levels, based on a percentage I've seen.
