Beans on toast - had a dickie tum last night as a result of eating a snack pack of dried fruit and nuts at lunchtime, Heinz finest hasn’t failed me, I feel spot on this morning. Just one minor side effect of course.....

nothing....was all a bit of a rush this morning as Travis' normally goes to Nanny's on a Monday but she cant have him as she's not well so had to arrange him going to my aunts for the day as I couldn't not be in work. But in all the hubbub I forgot to make lunch....
And its busy to the point I don't think I'll manage to get out to get anything...so...nothing.....
