So what do you think they both agreed was the worst race bike they ever rode. They reckoned it was downright dangerous at the IOM.

No and no. :D

You might be surprised by their answer. Worst handling bike they had both raced.

No not that either. Probably the most iconic Japanese bike ever made.

Close. They said this bike had the vaguest front of any race bike they had ever ridden. Great engine and great looks but front was not up to racing.

Yep was the RC30. Both said it had the worst front end of any race bike they ever rode.

I don't doubt what they say or their expert opinion but seems weird as the bike won a lot of races.

Pair of moaning old codgers (giggle) . Foggy won on it and set a lap record that stood for 7 years and he didn't rate it :?

I'd trust their judgement - remember the bike is just a tool to these guys and what feels right to some may not to others. For instance in the world of guitars I loath Fender Stratocasters, but even I have to admit that Jimi Hendrix was quite useful on one!

I don't doubt racing bikes is much like riding road bikes in so much as some bikes feel great instantly you get on them and others are hard work. It was specifically the front end they said was crap. They reckoned the front had too much rake.
