On the plus side, MV Agusta are debt free now. That should make them more appealing to a buyer. The rumours suggest the Russian who sold his shares to KTM is looking to get them back.

They've stopped producing bikes at the moment but are still dealing with all aspects of after sales. They've got a few euro 5 and euro 5+ bikes to get rid of, So if you want a bargain now might be the time 😄

MV Agusta has been bought by the previous owner, the Russian billionaire. So it's safe.

With this move, the company also aims to safeguard its valued network of suppliers and Dealers, shielding them from any potential financial disruptions, keeping them from being affected by KTM’s restructuring process, reinforcing MV Agusta’s stability and commitment to its stakeholders.

After a successful year for MV Agusta, the financial situation recently unfolded at PIERER Mobility AG could have significantly impacted the Schiranna brand’s operations. This strategic agreement ensures that MV Agusta remains completely uninvolved in KTM’s ongoing financial restructuring process, allowing the company to continue its positive growth path.

In fact, with 4,000 motorcycles sold in 2024, MV Agusta achieved an annual growth of 116% compared to 2023, with last year’s total sales already matched by July.
