Re: Bromyard mx
A good day out, 1st time here and it the weather was not as advertised lol.... Took a while to learn the track, however in changing conditions the track changes rapidly each time you get on it. Found some nice lines eventually.
I look forward to the next outing, feeling a little stiff this morning, i did head butt the dirt, typically caught one wheel in the rut while the other found a different route and threw me off ha ha.
As per normal had lots of fun, laughing in my crash helmet all day. Was well looked after with bacon butties as well.... Cheers mate.
Going MX'ing the day before a race at the track, not such a good idea, as there were no defined groups that i could see, well apart from the fast, fast boys. But no dramas, just dragged you along a bit quicker, well until my energy run out.
Going home was delayed for a while, my sat nave gave me a interesting route, so I thought I would go with it, you never know it might so up some nice riding roads in the area. Followed a single track route which having a trailer that does not like it when i reverse was a concern!!! all going well until the road stopped with a locked gate and no bloody way to turn around, I then proceeded to try and reverse down a very tight lane before I could turn around!! 20 mins later FFS!!!! so long old trip home.
As per normal a good work out, slept well and feell a tad stiff this morning. But all good, will wash the bike in the week, had no energy last night what so ever.
