The single side swingarm has gone, apparently for reasons of weight and lack of room due to emission catalyst.

Full of electronic gizmos too according to the blurb, including collision avoidance radar and sat nav on the dash.

No good for me as a commuter if you can't switch off the collision software :D

It might just be a big bazooka to blow the cars out the way.

It does look nice and narrow.

It's hard to tell but that looks smaller overall

If Carlsberg made Adventure bikes...... (lol)

I wouldn't call it an adventure bike. It's not really designed for off road.

It's fairly industrial-looking.

Rumoured to cost in excess of £20K.

Way outside my budget.

It's in the same category as the XR imo. It is an adventure bike, but for long distance tarmac based adventures.

At £20K+ that'd make it a misadventure.

It will still sell well. Plenty of well healed Ducati enthusiasts will trade in. I believe the dealers cant get hold of enough v4 streetfighters to satisfy demand and as is typical for Ducati the more expensive S model is the best seller.

Ducati bikes are good but their marketing and brand image is second to none and class leading.

I don't think that's a Ducati thing. Triumph barely sell any of the base models. The SP version of the MT10 was 3 times more popular. MV did a budget Rosso version of their bikes and no one wants them.

Yeah, but MV also does a dragster bike.
