Pushbike lights

Recommend me some.

I've fecked up my left shoulder and I can't get it treated, so I can't do any home exercises. Before I start looking like I'm auditioning for Jabba I've dug out my old hybrid road bike and it's gone off to the infamous Perks Cycles Factory for some TLC.

I'm after something to help me being seen rather than something I need to see. I won't be using the bike at night.

LED flashers for the back (where people will be coming at you from)... cheap & reliable. Don't know if they have white ones for the front...?

I've still got that Nightsun light. But that's bright enough to burn peoples eyes out.

You sold me yours.

It's really bright. The main downside is the size and weight of the battery.

Ahh. That'll explain why I couldn't find them!! I remember now.
Yeah...that battery is a bear. It'll snap bottle-cages if you ride in the rough stuff.

for the rear get a flashing led that has a usb port recharge adaptor from halfords or ebay , cateye are very good try not to get a cheap chinese one they break and will give you COIVD
if its just to be seen and visible but not see where your going I wouldnt bother with a front (y)

There must be something in the air. I've been having grief from my foot so have picked up this so I can keep moving while it fixes.

As perkles advice, I'm just going for a red flasher and some obscenely bright tops. Image

Literally yesterday I started thinking (once again) about cycling for fitness and commute and then this pops up!

Looking at a Gravel Bike or 29" Hardtail with hybrid tyres. Good idea for running lights just to be seen.

if you are commuting on the road you want a proper road bike

I'll respond in the other thread I created, Perkles to avoid hijacking
