Re: Marquez
I'm glad.. it's definitely for the best. I think Dorna should make him a MotoGP Legend already to be honest.Kwacky wrote:He's confirmed today that he's not going to race until next year.

Re: Marquez
If you had to choose a year for that ^
It seems MM even does his "time out" better than the rest of the field,?

Re: Marquez
Undergone another op.
The reports the other day said a third op would probably mean a recovery time of six months or more.
So Dovi on the Repsol Honda?
Makes you wonder if MM93 will ever return as he was.

Re: Marquez
He's still relatively young and we all know how determined he is. It might take him a season to get back into the MM of old but I'm sure he will.

Re: Marquez
This year has been good for him IMO.. hopefully he will have really focussed on the 2022 season and we'll see him reign supreme once again

Does not sound the brightest spark in this interview.
Common sense would have told anyone that riding again so soon was a bad idea. They start to believe their own hype it would seem.

Re: Marquez
Thats not good - he's now been operated on 3 times and they have also chopped around his pelvis and leg too as well as infections - thats horrendous.
If they go with the 4th op he will have an external fixator.
I know he wants to carry on in MotoGP, but there are limits.

Re: Marquez
I think they went with the fastest way to get him back originally ,the fixator is the standard procedure but its a lengthy process .
