More than double the torque of my Superduke GT (106Lb:Ft) and that's a pretty mental bike.

How are you supposed to use even half throttle with so much grunt on tap?

The exhaust certainly makes a bold & tasteless statement.

5 or more times the torque of my ZX6R... I struggled with the BMW's torque so no thanks

But is it going the right way in terms of bikes - although that must be heavy surely

Probably not. I'd say it's more of a "what-can-be-done" project rather than what will be done.

Other than that it's more likely that it would be "Not economically viable"*
