Erm.... 300hp yeah..... But 221 lb-ft of torque (shocked) (fubar)

You'd have to have your shoulders reinforced just to keep hold of it!

More than double the torque of my Superduke GT (106Lb:Ft) and that's a pretty mental bike.

How are you supposed to use even half throttle with so much grunt on tap?

Probably not. I'd say it's more of a "what-can-be-done" project rather than what will be done.

Other than that it's more likely that it would be "Not economically viable"*
