Re: Itchy
Thanks to all for your kind wishes, they are very well received.
Today was started with a (kind of) lie in, then roused with a bacon butty and a cup of tea swiftly followed by presents and cards.
Some chocs, pants, a onesie and also some bike goodies...
Tail tidy, indicators, fork and swingarm crash protection and some 3D decals which will have to wait until I get back next week before I can even think about applying them.
Went off to Rutland Water for the afternoon, had a picnic which, due to a quick spot of rain, we were forced to eat in the car and then went off for a big old walk. Well, I say big old walk, maybe only 2 and a half miles but with the kids moaning and the dog 'experimenting' with water and chasing ducks it took quite a while. Arriving at an area with an adventure playground we watched the kids play for a bit whilst we chilled out with the dog. Then I suggested that I go back, get the car and drive to pick them up as there was a car parking area there and the kids were flagging a bit.
Mrs Itchy argued that as it was my birthday, she would go. We differed opinions for a couple of minutes until I gave in.
What a mistake-a to make...
Seems that upon arrival, there was a wife/handbrake interface error.
Oh well, at least no-one was hurt and it only rolled backwards into a tree and not someone else's car, eh?
Frankie & Benny's to finish the night off, Mixed grill platter smashed satis!
Cheers again for all the wishes, you guys rock!
