Helmet and Boots - selling for a mate

My mate was going to get into biking, but his MS decided against it.
This stuff is pretty much new, having been worn 2 or 3 times.
Boots:-
Size 45 - paid £150, Goretex
Helmet:-
Size Medium (57/58) Paid £220 for it.
Sensible offers considered.
