Your 3 favourite biking moments of 2014

The Buxton ride out early in the year. New faces and old. Despite dropping my bike at the petrol station I had a fantastic day out.
Back on track with me old mucka Perkles. Not on the bike he wanted to be on but it was good to see him having fun on track again and good to hook up with Fox7 again
The mid week Wales run was another. It was nice to get out when the traffic was lighter. Again a good mix of new and old faces. The best for me was seeing Jimmy's confidence come on and his speed increase during the day
Honourable mentions to the various ride outs, track days and a special mention to the France tankslap venture

Some good memorys there Kwacky

sounds like a great year and being involved in a couple of those rideouts I can only full agree in how good they were
My best 3 in no particular order would be.
The Italy motogp trip. So many magic moments in this gig alone. Knee down with luggage in Germany, Hairpins of the Splugen Pass in Switzerland, 80 mph in 1st gear in the tunnels through the Italian lakes, Rossi winning the Misano motogp but best bit of the whole trip was the laughs with my mates every single day. Awesome gig thanks to everyone involved.
Second thing would have to be one of the mid Wales runs with other slappers. Can't remember which was the best as we did quite a few and all were epic. Especially chasing Andy and Dale through some kind of pass in a very rural area and the run down to bala that was always a right giggle.
Third and final thing would have to be watching Pitty at Outlon Park. I had wanted to go for ages but never got round to until this year and it was a mega day which I hope to repeat in 2015.
Everyone of my best biking memory's involved other slappers so thanks to everyone. Fun on a bike where ever it may be is always better when your with other slapper

Just re read my post and can think of at least another 10 amazing moments easily. Looking back I would have to say 2014 was probably my best biking year ever and I'm going to do my best to make sure 2015 is equal or better, let's get it on

Difficult to pick out three when the trip to Italy stands out by a country mile.
Without a doubt my best time ever on a bike.
So i will pick three from that trip.

The Blade looks mint in that shot, even if I do say so myself

Come on tell the truth, you parked next to me and had a quick five knuckle shuffle you were that impressed and in awe of it.
Fair play to you as well that's a fair amount of Kwacky juice you laid down

I forgot another ace day i had out.
The off-road day at Bevercotes. I'd urge anyone interested in bikes to give this day a go next summer. Absolutely awesome and cost only £25.

Your bike only looks good because it's being bathed in Kawasaki Awesome Particles.

Well out of 12 months my top biking moment was the Wales 675 Fest. Although the weather was shocking, the roads were still amazing and the company was class.

Wow, 2014 was full on from a biking perspective but not much actually on the roads as the racing manages to take over your life somehow.
Anyhow, here's just three of my best.....
Being asked to be part of John Ingram's TT Pit Crew and take on the role of Fuel Man for the Pit Stops..... Mega experience

- TT Fuel Man
Moonie winning the Fastest Lady (again) at the Ramsey Sprint on her Triumph

- Fastest Lady
And the third has to be putting in my fastest ever lap of Rockingham after crashing in morning warm up, huge thanks have to go out that day to Dean, Spudda, Moonie and everyone else who rallied round to fix the bike and get me back out for both races that day, I owed it to them

- Rockingham
Bring on 2015

The euro trip for me was by far not only the top biking moment of 2014 but probably my best ever biking moment, didn't get on too many rideouts but the mid week Wales run was a great day out and with my weekend working situation I hope there is a few more mid week rideouts

1. Trip to Italy, Germany and Switzerland.
2. A ride out to Devon in the pouring rain, stay over, then a ride back next day. Brilliant. This is another yearly thing.
3. Blipping the bike in the tunnels abroad. Epic.

I didn't get three biking moments last year
But getting the green beast onto the track was a good feeling, even though I have lots to re-learn.
Hopefully this year will be better.

There are some good roads down to and around Devon.

1. The Tankslap Peak District rideout. Awesome roads, awesome people, more awesome roads and some cheesecake!
2. Going to the Snetterton round of the Thundersport meeting to see Pitty and Paul, and sharing pit-board-monkey duties with Moonie. And as a result of spending all day watching racing, I'm pretty sure I broke a new time trial record from Snetterton to my house on the way back!
3. Going for a ride out with my mate from work, saying we'd take it easy, but then I turned the GoPro on!
So a "spirited" ride out, chip shop chips drowned in salt and vinegar eaten whilst looking through a bike shop window, then another "spirited" ride back.
All good times, here's hoping for many more this year.
