does anyone know the reason/s why 'shockwave flash' crashes/wont load? running windows 8 and chrome browser.

thank you very much Rich, again, lol. i disabled chrome flash, downloaded flash as a stand alone and enabled that, all sorted.

just jumping on the thread ....
I can use Tankslap etc but when I try Facebook and eBay, I keep getting a message
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to signin.ebay.co.uk, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
Help please

delete your bookmark for that site,
delete your browsing history
sign into those sites,
then add it again as a favourite.
