Went to a merting today with all our associates from our department across all 4 shifts, never realise just how many of there are of us until you see them all in a room!! Anyway it was a communication day so kots of info about our department was being told to us. Very interesting to listen to even though i csn only remember a quarter of what was said over the 8hour meeting! Certainly worth going to though

Re: What are you doing today ??
Went for a drive over the tops with my lads for a bit of father, son petrol head bonding.
The reassuring nod of approval from my boy as the flat 6 starts to howl and the exhaust note hardens, as the needle swings past 5k onwards towards the red line was worth it
the 15.2 mpg in Shell VPower maybe not
Nah fook it of cause it was worth it
you can't put a price on quality moments like that

Re: What are you doing today ??
Long story short, my Sis’ car has died, my brother donated his spare car to her and she arrived at ours last night, this after I arrived home at 2am from Germany on Saturday morning.
I’d wanted a catch up sleep day, but instead played host until after midnight, don’t get me wrong it was lovely to see them, but I am utterly drained now and will quite happily go to bed at 8pm. Fwiw I’m up at 6am for work in the morning......

BOG ALL today, I went for a PT session after work yesterday and I'm wondering if she was in a bad mood because I have real trouble with stairs today. Leg day... great fun at the time, for her, watching me hobble like "a baby giraffe on ice".
Strangely I really enjoyed myself and have been having a Netflix day.
