Certainly is.
JHP wouldn't let me buy the parts. The service manager is going to ask the service parts guy if they have any serviceable sprag parts in their used spares bin on Monday first. The gear part is quite expensive £200 and is the part that can usually be re-used.

Went out for a cup of splosh at Newlands Corner.... very cold, any further than that this morning would have been too much.... fingers and toes still numb lol. Seemed to be a busy one on the roads for bikes, most popular out that i saw........ BMW GS's lol....
Roads were slippy, but the dry bits were a fun 5 mins lol.

A horrible foggy start to the day.
I can only presume that the cager up my arse as I was heading towards the motorway was worried about getting lost. Prick soon dropped back when I rolled off before a sharp left hander. I was half hoping he would miss it and end up in someone's garden.

Bloody cold this morning. I was in 2 minds about taking the bike. I'm glad I did as there was a huge tailback on the motorway.
It's getting light as well which helps things. I feel a bit more comfortable filtering.

Forecast for this week is pretty poor. Looks like we might be in for some significant snowfall from tomorrow,.

Nice ride home, light for most of it as was the traffic. Popped the bike on a stand and lubed the chain while I remembered. I hadn't done it over the weekend.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Been quoted about £500 for a fork valve kit on my ZX6R...
Only leaves me with £500 to play with my shock if I was to go down that route.
There's the niggling feeling in me which says I can't afford it - there's a big part of me that says it will make my stag do trip to Portugal much more worthwhile!

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
I can't remember how much I paid to have my rear shock reworked. It was about £250 I think.
You can get a good aftermarket for £500.
