Annual check for heart condition, blood pressure & cholesterol levels then a trip to have a cover up tattoo done.

I have noticed though that when I get really bad palputations its after I have been drinking, so looks like alcohol might have to be cut out ;( ;( ;( ;(

Doctors want bad, might just need stronger tablets, got to do another weeks blood pressure tests. They are going to review if I need another ECG.
Had the tattoo done after . It hurt like fecking hell !!!!
