Just got in from a cracking night of northern soul, oh well 4 hours untill the alarm goes off.

I've changed my grips for some very nice Rizoma fakes from China.

I was about to do the brake lines but the heavens opened.

Well I should be doing the brakes but the tubes they've sent with the bleeding kit are way too small for the bleed nipples.

Try a friendly local garage if there is one, Kwacky. That tubing is dirt cheap and i bet they buy it by the reel.

Or try putting what they gave in a cup of hot water to see if it softens up enough. I think many places use silicone tubing now as its stronger than pvc but also not so malleable.

Hot or boiling water, then force the tube on the nipple (put the spanner on first) has worked for me in the past.

It's not a snug fit, it's like trying to get size 10 feet into size 5 shoes.

Maybe you just have big nipples!

Charged the battery cos it was flatter than a flat thing

Yep I have thought about it, but it's something else we need to store away.

I've strapped up the brake lever. It'll show if I've not screwed anything correctly.

hopefully if I get a chance... fit a gear indicator and an upgraded rear shock for the track bike.
