I am really sorry I can't make this one as I love the roads up there, reading the Ride guide earlier reminded me of it as it mentions Alston.

Two hours south on motorways, I'm easy but not that easy.

We have 4 rooms, two of which are doubles and two Twin rooms. . I think we should draw lots.

The double rooms cost a fair bit more than the twins.

I would get more sleep riding home each day than sharing with a snorer.

Cookie and myself have agreed to share a room as neither of us are deviants and we both snore

The costs are £257 split between two for a twin room or £237 if you wish to take a double room for yourself. This includes breakfast on both days but not the evening meals.

Can i ask the rest of you to sort it out fairly amongst yourselves?

Just got back, absolutely knackered, but what a cracking few days.

Great company, good food, amazing roads and only one “lack of talent” moment.

Best of all, nobody died!
