The italians have apparently turned up the wick with all of them siding with Rossi's argument of Marquez out to stop him, including Ducati themselves.
Makes you wonder whether that last race should even go ahead from a saftey point of view as i suspect there may not be much fair racing happening.
DUCATI TEAM REACTS:
After the incident at Turn 14 of the #Sepang circuit Andrea #Iannone seems more explicit: "You can not go a second slower than a few hours before (to warm up,), but I do not know what the strategy of Marquez was. When I go on the track I think only to my race, to get the best possible result: this is an individual sport." It is echoed by Andrea #Dovizioso: "#Marquez was fighting for the podium, but also to annoy Rossi: it wasn't nice to see this."
Paolo Ciabatti, Sports Director of Ducati Corse:"I think that everything is a result of the statements on Thursday of Rossi: it seems clear the intention of Marquez to annoy #Rossi but Valentino was wrong to react. The punishment was to harsh".
And what Marquez has to say?Be prepared guys:
Marc Marquez said; "With Rossi is not finished here," ugly words spoken by the Spaniard who perhaps want to reveal its intention to continue to hinder Valentino until the last, compromising the race of Valentinoalso in #Valencia, and hinting that the resentment could last even next season.(passionemotogp.blogspot.it, ilgiornale.it)
