Same. I'm bored of this "new starter" phase now and want to get my teeth into something juicy and fulfilling!
I'm tempted to go home at lunch to be fair and finish my day from there. There isn't a lot I can do now until a colleague finishes his modelling for me to do flow analysis with and for the same colleague to get me a list of part numbers which I can generate PDFs from.

Random YouTube videos, just been watching some Americans cutting up the back of a Smart car to fit a Honda 2.4 litre K series engine, with a turbo, apparently those engines can run at 400+ wheel hp on standard internals.... In a SMART 4-2. Sounds fun.

I watched one a while back where someone put a Hayabusa engine in a Smart for some zany wheelspinning antics.
Those crazy Americans.

They did consider the Hyabusa engine, but said the cost could go crazy high and it would still have less torque than the Honda K24, they picked up an entire donor car for $1500. Look up Fasterproms if you want to see them build this drift smart.

My grandparents war - Mark Rylance
Fascinating programme about his grandfather who was working in Hong Kong for HSBC at the outbreak of WW2.
Well worth watching about the scandal of war crimes committed by both Japan and America.
Channel 4.
