I did some work on the V4 then thought about going out on the multi but that's as far as it got.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Back on the bike for the commute. There was frost on the roads this morning so I had to take it easy. It was starting to get light by the time I got to work which is always a welcome sign. I don't mind riding in the dark but cagers seem to be a little bit more attentive when it's light

An uneventful ride into work, thankfully. The only low light was a bus driver who didn't know how mini roundabouts work. He was parked up indicating to turn right, but he was giving way to traffic coming towards him, so he sat there waiting for the road to be clear before making his move.

As much as doing a track day in march sounds good...... It should say I fly to Spain were it's warm.
"80mph" sorry officer I possibly could not have done that I'm no Valentino Rossi.

And the fog riding home was even thicker. Almost Isle of Man levels. Very limited vision, the viros getting covered in water every few seconds, cold greasy roads.
I need to work from home more.

I was going to wash the versys but after spending 10 minutes outside I decided that the bike can stay dirty.

Fitted the new brake lines, brake pads and caliper bolts to the 748. The pinch bolts don't want to move so going to leave that for a while.
All good otherwise and going to get a matching new clutch line next month.

The same as I have since I took the tail tidy off, cock-all.
Well, actually that's not true. I had to SORN it as the tax was due in December. But I can't tax it as the MOT also ran out in December. I haven't got the time to get it sorted right now so a SORN it is.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Both the 600rr and the RSV4 have gone off this morning, the V4 is having the Autoblipper fitted and I want him to check over the front brakes, the 600rr is having the bottom yoke replaced ( 2nd hand off fleabay ) , after he changed the wheels for me a while back he noticed it was slightly twisted.
Decided to keep the 600rr and turn it into a wet bike.

I keep looking at adventure style bikes. The Versys has given me the bug. There's a good selection out there as well.Scuff wrote:

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
I like the new 2018 one they've done in white and blue.
Not cheap though and they're down on power compared to other bikes in that field.
If I do drop to one bike I'm going to take a look around at a few adventure style bikes. Triumph, KTM Ducati and BMW all have some decent offerings.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
I would consider one but as you say not cheap, I think really I have to come to terms with the fact that I am fat and slow so bikes like that probably suit me more haha
To be honest I need to get the MT, considering I used to put in so many miles I havn't touched it in about 3 weeks which is an eternity for me, just what with normally having to drop Little one off somewhere or pick him up its normally far easier to just stick in the car all day rather than chop and change. I do in the summer when the rides are good and its worth it but this time of year I cant see the point really

Finished putting the trackbike back together today.
Fairings just came back from being lacquered over as some of my decals were starting to lift.
Added a couple more for fun though.
