With NI being a link to the EU you might find that Westminster will want to keep it in the Union.

I'm fairly certain we'll see a reunified Ireland in the next ten to twenty years. The republic have already offered Northern Irish students funding on the EU Erasmus program and BREXIT isn't very likely to improve anything for anyone in Northern Ireland over the next few years.

What Westminster wants might not be what they get anymore.

The Good Friday agreement states that if NI people want to reunify with the Republic, then they have a right to make that process to happen.

Realistically, what would be the likelihood of that happening?

Brits generally don't care

Polls in Northern Ireland generally show there isn't the support for it. It would be interesting to see what the public mood is in day 6 months when the Brexit mess has started to settle down.

I still cannot understand why so many thought it would be any different.

Trading rules are the same the world over. You cannot circumnavigate the trading rules of the world just because its Britain. Its quite laughable if it wasn't so serious.

The second half of the year will brutal economically and employment wise with covid payments stopping and brexit biting.

It's what over 17m people wanted though.

Remember, they all told us that every single one of them knew what they were voting for
