Lasagne and garlic bread.... Some of that salad shit on the side, cos apparently it's good for you.

Switched to homemade smoothies for breakfast on the whole now, combined with more exercise and a smaller lunch I may lose a bit of lockdown lumber.

Well our healthy eating a a portion control over the last 2 yrs worked against us in this instance…a good third was left and we both felt like beached whales during the movie
