Just went to a Strata Committee meeting (I'm on the executive) what a nightmare. We have one crazy mid 50's lady (ex school teacher never married) who is completely nuts and makes every thing hard work. Well tonight she actually threatened to cut another owners throat. I've got it on an audio recording, as I recorded the whole meeting after dramas with her last meeting. She has already sent threatening letters to this other owner (who is a very elderly lady) so it looks like it's going to progress to court action to get an avoidance order issued.

God I need a drink after that.

I own a investment property which is a townhouse in a gated complex. 11 units and the 'Strata' is the governance and management of the common areas. I've had the place over 10 yrs so the crazy lady knows me well, and unfortunately my phone number. I've had more than one ranting call in the last 6 months. She has it in for my tennants (my ex-wifes parents), though everyone else in the complex loves them ( they are very nice people and I still have a good relationship with them).

She is full on nuts.
