Jess made keto friendly mini cheese cakes. Only 5g of carbs per piece.
Except after a few gins we ate all 12 between us... so probably both kicked ourselves out of ketosis

And no, sadly they're not made that way at all. These ones are "Unexplainably Juicy" ....for some reason that no-one knows, it seems.
