The south sounds like people aged over 55 in the UK... still holding a grudge against a man having an interview with another man and therefore not voting for him in a general election.

It's getting spicy in the land of the free. Trump is supposed to be going off to the Supreme Court to ask for counting to stop!

I saw that he said he would challenge the result of the election in the supreme court if he lost, I guess he's fairy sure he's going to lose then ??!!

I still don't get how that is even possible for that to even be an option... God bless democracy...

He's not going to wait for the results.

They've counted most of the ballot papers. Postal votes can take much longer.

Democrats tend to use postal votes, Republicans will usually vote in person.

The likes of Trump and Johnson have killed western democracy.

You can see why people are looking at Putin as someone to blame for the way politics has changed in certain parts of the world.

I just pray Biden wins.

It will change the direction the western world goes and will make Johnson's job very very difficult.

My son just said he reckons it swinging back towards Biden.

It's hard to call. In a couple of states it looks like Trump has a clear lead, but they're counting in different ways. Some big cities still haven't been counted yet.

It's looking like Biden is going to take Wisconsin, which is a swing state.

Trump is complaining that the postal votes aren't in his favour.

He's alleging the votes are rigged.

That's after he rejected a request to have postal votes counted early in the key States, which is allowed in other states.

He's clutching at straws at this point.....or at least it feels like he is. Biden is ahead....comfortably so by my reckoning. He's on the home straight & cruising in to the line.
