Rode it very slowly to work. It's supposed to stay below 5,000 revs for the first 500 miles but it seems happier at 6,000.

Today me and my dad went for a nice 70 mile relaxed ride. Went off to H Cafe and had a little sit down there for 30 mins or so

Both bikes washed. Just a quick wash for the ST then I went round with a pot of ACF50 and a small paint brush, putting the stuff on all of the bolts and screws. I won't be using the bike this week so the ACF can sink in.

Back on the green meanie for the work run. Shame it's raining as the bike looks like it's not been washed for a month, despite cleaning it yesterday.
