I know. I also know the fish aren't British and that most of the fish we catch isn't eaten in the UK

I'm a fan of cars and bikes. A car that's playful is a fun car. The Seat Leon myself and Cookie have is a decent little thing, lightweight by modern standards and with enough poke to have a hoot.

I have a car too, it is a Citroen, silver and not very big.
If I want fun and don't want to use the bike then the air is my playground. I can fly all over the place in France without sitting behind a truck or at traffic lights. Anyone who thinks that a car is fun wants their bumps felt in my opinion.
Just read somewhere that UK residents are not going to be let into the EU on the 1st of Jan. I am in Dorset at the moment so have booked my ferry home on the 30th of December. I could not possibly send anything really French to the UK as it might upset the majority of the population who voted for brexit. I understand that it will sort itself out in time because the UK is looking for a trade deal with Andorra.

A car is a tool for me 90% of the time but every now and again I'll go for a spirited drive.. it's my release. Sometimes the Wife and I will go for a slow drive down the lanes too, sometimes we talk, sometimes we don't but it always makes us feel more relaxed and on the same page.

Nothing like having tired and over-worked drivers in control of 45 tonnes on our roads.

According to the Dover based haulier in my earlier post, it won’t be an issue since a lot of drivers won’t be able to make it pay transporting to the UK from the EU.

Just shows how they want to go back to Victorian working practises though.

UK drivers can still pick up freight though, which is what this is aimed at.

And without doubt workers rights will be eroded. Farage and his mates have been after this for several years.

Uk drivers will need a business visa to drive in the EU from January. It’s all going to add costs to what we import and export.

But as long as those millionaires who have bet on No Deal makes more millions then it’s Ok isn’t it?

If you think that I have never had a fast car in my life then you would be mistaken. When I lived in Germany, a place where you can actually use one, I had many.

My gf and me go out on our bikes and chat over the intercoms, great fun.

Don't you think all the bluster around the subject of fish, is simply our current clowns adapting their script from "Yes Minister's British Sausage episode".?
Fwiw I suspect that the shallow majority who voted precisely as they were groomed to, will only need a jingoistic punchline & an accompanying announcement of success to be satisfied that "all is sorted now".
